What You Will Do

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January- July/August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).​ As a Project Engineering Co-op at Collins Aerospace Supplier Designed Equipment (SDE) Engineering, you can expect to gain experience supporting a variety of sensors that include speed, vibration, temperature, and pressure on large commercial, military and business aviation engines programs. This team focuses on leading engineering projects for electrical sensors on commercial and military jet engines. We are engaged at all levels with our internal and external customers during every stage of the aerospace product life cycle (proposal, development, entry into service, in-service support). We are a highly collaborative team that interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines, as well as business-related functions.
