Starting wage is based on experience and shift. In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay. Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. 2027 Summer Engineering Internship(onsite)

Our interns work directly with a mentor on one of our manufacturing lines. You will be assigned a “summer project” at the beginning of your internship. This project is intended to give you the opportunity to design and build something that will be implemented into the production line. Progress will be monitored by your mentor and other engineers in design review settings. Portions of this project are to be completed individually as well as with other Ruger employees.
