Main Responsibilities Assist in conducting analytical experiments to characterize RNA drug substances, including techniques such as NGS, gel electrophoresis, PCR, LC, and MS. Support development and optimization of analytical methods under guidance from senior scientists. Collaborate with analytical, RNA product, and process development teams to support project goals. Accurately document experimental procedures and results in electronic lab notebooks. Summarize and present data clearly to team members. Assist with routine lab operations, including reagent preparation and equipment maintenance. Follow all laboratory safety guidelines and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
