As a member of the People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) team, you will support the Global P&C BPs in driving strategic and operational projects across the Global Engineering & Technology (E&T) business units at SAP — one of the company's largest and most critical organizations.

PROJECT SCOPE & DELIVERABLES

Proactively assist assigned P&C BPs as they drive the SAP People Agenda and the transformation of E&T business units, anticipating needs and taking initiative before being asked. Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions) for the P&C BP leads and teams. Own and manage discrete projects end-to-end, coordinating across key internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
