Pharmacy Intern - Per Diem - Various Opportunities

The Pharmacy Intern is a casual/per diem position with varied shifts, primarily on weekends, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts for more opportunities to learn. This schedule is ideal for the student who can balance a work schedule while completing their PharmD degree. An initial training period of ~10 days will be conducted. During the school year, the schedule will be a minimum of 4 shifts per month. During each summer break, the intern must complete 160 hours of staffing. This position is affiliated with our formal Scripps Health Intern Pharmacist Program. This is a 3-year commitment where interns must develop the necessary skills and competencies to advance each year and successfully graduate from the program. Opportunities are available at our hospital sites: Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego, Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista, Scripps Green Hospital, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.
