Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of Human Resources, including Learning & Development, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and HR Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives while developing professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Assist in manager virtual training sessions and eLearning enrollments.
• Send, collect and summarize training feedback surveys to support continuous

improvement.

• Track and report completion data in the LMS for course rollouts.
• Complete or update job aids to support employee learning and performance.

Employee Onboarding/Engagement

• Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits.
• Support new hire orientation sessions.
• Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
• New Hire Check Ins

Benefits Administration

• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
• Help maintain accurate benefits records.
• Support wellness initiatives and communications.

HR Operations

• Help maintain employee files and HR databases.
• Assist with reporting and data analysis.
• Support process improvement projects and HR audits.

Requirements

• Current Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or

a related program

• Positive attitude, team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel
