Responsibilities

Are you ready to join the industry leader? State Farm is looking for passionate IT students to join our Summer Internship Program! The Enterprise Technology department is involved in exploring new and emerging technologies. This program will offer you hands-on work along with real-world research and development opportunities. State Farm continues to refine and expand the use of technology for employees, agents, and customers. You will have the opportunity to influence change and help us deliver on our mission to protect State Farm and its policyholders.

What You Can Expect

Summer Internship Dates: Wednesday, 6/1/2027 - Wednesday, 8/11/2027 (10 weeks) Onboarding (Bloomington, IL): 6/1/2027 - 6/4 2027 Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule. Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!

Work Arrangement

HYBRID: Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
