Role Description Symphony is seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence & Solutions Placement Student to join our BI team. At Symphony, real-time enterprise communication generates critical operational data that shapes our strategic direction. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, business strategy, and product development to translate raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Engineering to build dynamic dashboards, audit data integrity, and help guide key business decisions using analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Visualization: Assist in designing, building, and maintaining automated dashboards to track platform usage and key business metrics. Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data reporting workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline data delivery. Market & Solution Research: Conduct competitive analysis and business research to help the Solutions team evaluate new vertical and market opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver custom analytical insights. Data Hygiene & Auditing: Perform routine audits and data cleaning across internal databases to ensure high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
