This role will physically work in the Greensboro office throughout the summer, collaborating and networking face-to-face with Finance colleagues. As part of Syngenta's Emerging Talent Program, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day business operations, and opportunities to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing your professional skills. Estimated Duration: Late May 2027 – Early August 2027

Accountabilities

Gain insight into a vital and exciting industry. Work on a wide range of activities that could comprise financial reporting, marketing reviews, supply chain analysis, assisting with month-end close processes, budgeting, compliance activities, process improvement and automation, and data analytics. Gain valuable global experiences through international working relationships. Opportunities to learn various platforms (SAP, SAP Cloud Analytics, Qlik, Excel, etc.).
