The Tallgrass Procurement Team plays a critical role in securing materials and services essential for the company’s production and daily operations. The team manages contractor agreements, evaluates pricing to ensure optimal value, and guarantees compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools, the team drives efficiency, transparency, and strategic sourcing to support Tallgrass’s growth and sustainability goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

You can expect to

• Support end-to-end procurement functions with a strong emphasis on data

analytics and insights to inform decision-making.

• Continuously review, streamline, and optimize procurement workflows and

internal processes using automation and digital solutions.

• Assist in processing and prioritizing requests from internal stakeholders

with agility and accuracy.

• Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication

across all levels of the organization.

• Conduct rigorous data quality reviews of third-party deliverables to maintain

accuracy and compliance.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of procurement policies,

processes, and procedures aligned with evolving business needs.

• Manage vendor documentation through systematic cataloging and archiving,

ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by communicating effectively across

departments and leveraging a broad network to achieve procurement objectives.
