Job Description

This role supports their Line of Business in the development and execution of work projects to support the Business' goals & objectives. The Summer Intern embodies TD's Shared Commitments and customer-focused culture. Commercial Banking TD Commercial Banking helps commercial customers manage their funds, finance their growth, and invest for the future by taking the time to understand their goals and customize products and services to suit their needs. This includes everything from governments, institutions and businesses, ranging from small "mom and pop" stores to multi-billion-dollar corporations. Middle Market-Sponsor Backed Finance provides direct coverage to clients of the Commercial Bank and serves as the primary liaison for all TD Cowen & TD Securities Sponsor led referrals to the TDBNA Commercial Bank. This team directly engages in the advisory and development of new credit relationships, particularly large, visible and complex Sponsor-led transactions. The Team also serves as the lead contact for all primary and secondary loan participations within the syndicated, Pro-Rata bank market
