This includes everything from governments, institutions and businesses, ranging from small "mom and pop" stores to multi-billion-dollar corporations. Institutional Commercial Real Estate (ICRE) provides financial solutions to owners, operators and developers of commercial real estate. These financial solutions include but are not limited to construction lending, term loans, letters of credit, treasury and depository services and equity investment through the purchase of low-income housing tax credits for affordable housing.
