Job Description

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) provides enterprise-wide oversight of the Bank’s balance sheet, funding, liquidity, capital, and interest rate risk activities. The department plays a central role in safeguarding TD’s financial resilience by managing liquidity and funding resources, optimizing balance sheet deployment, supporting regulatory compliance, and providing senior management with forward-looking insight into key treasury risks and opportunities. Through close partnership with business segments, Finance, Risk, and ALM stakeholders, TBSM helps ensure the Bank maintains a strong liquidity and capital position while supporting sustainable growth, effective risk governance, and disciplined balance sheet management.
