ABOUT CIRCLE OF CARE

Success, One Family at a Time. This is the vision of Circle of Care for Families and Children of Passaic County, Inc. We believe every child and family has strengths and the ability to succeed.

Circle of Care is an independent nonprofit Care Management Organization (CMO) serving youth up to age 21 and their families throughout Passaic County. We support youth with complex behavioral health, mental health, substance use, intellectual, and developmental needs.

Our approach is grounded in the Wraparound Philosophy that “it takes a village to raise a child.” Our work is family-driven, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and community-focused. By partnering with families and utilizing both formal and informal supports, we help families develop individualized plans designed to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
