SUMMER INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

The Hanover’s Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge, and match your interests to a real job. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Support Personal Lines Underwriting Strategy initiatives through data analysis, research, and performance monitoring across products, segments, and geographies. Analyze underwriting, pricing, and portfolio performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks, and present findings to business leaders. Assist in the development and evaluation of underwriting strategies, guidelines, and appetite enhancements to support profitable growth.
