The Heritage Group is looking for a well-organized and open-minded intern to support our Learning and Development Team. This is a great development opportunity for someone interested in exploring a career path that enables internal employees to leverage internal tools and resources for career advancement and overall support. This role also assists with designing digital learning content, organizing resources, and applying best practices in instructional design As a member of the People + Enablement Team, this person will work closely with and support the Learning and Development Manager, Specialists and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. Essential Functions Support the Learning and Development Manager and Specialists in facilitating on-site and virtual professional development training sessions, including participants materials, room reservations, catering, etc. Training Design and Delivery: Under supervision of L&D teammates, the intern will help identify, design, update, and/or deliver learning initiatives that support our core curricula of business development, project management, and/or management and leadership.
