Our Construction Internship Opportunities offer hands-on experience as a Field Engineer, Estimator, or Construction Office Intern: Field Engineer At The NRP Group, Field Engineer Interns gain hands-on experience on active multifamily construction sites, learning how large-scale apartment communities are built from the ground up. Field Engineer Interns are exposed to multiple phases of a project, from pre-construction and site preparation through construction and final completion. This role provides valuable field experience while developing an understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and quality control. Supporting the Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day construction activities. Inspecting work to make sure it matches plans, specifications, and quality standards while reviewing plans, drawings, and project documents to understand how they translate to the field.
