The Costume Buyer Department is responsible for researching and placing orders for fabrics, notions, and garments for operational/character costumes. If selected as a Costume Buying intern, you will report to the Costume Buying Area Manager. The approximate date of this internship is January 2027 to June 2027, located in Orlando, FL.

What You Will Do

As Buyers, we partner with vendors to manage timelines, oversee production, and track deliveries. In this internship, duties include collaborating with the procurement team to source, develop, and acquire fabrics/garments for our cast members. Additionally, you will: Research/source garments, accessories, fabrics, trims, and notions for operational, entertainment, and character costumes, ensuring detailed commodity-specific photo documentation Process orders and supervise delivery dates using SAP for fabrics, trims, notions, and garments Be responsible for warehouse inventory and complete withdrawal transactions as needed Participate in local vendor visits, and l
