The Investment Operations Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting Thrivent’s investment operations team and learning about the investment trade lifecycle. Working alongside experienced professionals, the intern will assist with operational processes such as trade support, cash management, corporate actions, reporting, and data analysis.

This internship offers exposure to investment products, financial markets, and operational systems while developing analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. The Investment Operations team plays a critical role in supporting investment strategies by providing operational analytics, trade support, and accurate data across the investment lifecycle.
