Early Development Program (EDP) An internship path focused on delivering a meaningful experience designed to enhance students’ skillsets. With access to hands-on experience, mentorship, development sessions/workshops, and more, this pathway cultivates future talent who are exploring their career interests. Most appropriate for freshmen and sophomores. Emerging Professional Program (EPP) An internship path focused on equipping graduating students with the tools/skills needed to transition into a potential career at TruStage. Interns receive comprehensive support and guidance to enhance their company knowledge, integrate into the company culture, and develop key connections. This pathway enables young professionals to be considered for potential opportunities at TruStage.
