Scope

We are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to assist our Electrical Engineering team with the design and development of leading-edge products for military and space-based applications. Our Summer Engineering Internship Program offers students the opportunity to apply engineering skills in a dynamic and real-world environment in the following areas.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

The Mechanical Engineer Interns designs and packages complex electro-mechanical parts and assemblies according to specifications and performance requirements. This involves: Developing product-testing procedures Providing technical support to production personnel Preparing engineering change notices to incorporate changes into the production process Directing and coordinating fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to specifications

Education and Experience

Majoring in Mechanical Engineering All candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills and must be maintaining a 3.0 grade point average or higher. Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance, which includes US citizenship. This internship is for Summer 2027.
