The Service Delivery Intern supports the Service Delivery team by assisting with client service coordination, help desk intake, ticket documentation, scheduling support, and follow-up on service requests. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how technology services are delivered to clients, including communication between clients, service delivery coordinators, technicians, and engineers. Under supervision, the intern develops practical skills in customer service, service ticket workflows, documentation, prioritization, and basic technical troubleshooting while learning how the Service Delivery team helps ensure timely, accurate, and professional support.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Service Delivery team with intake, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up for client service requests. Learn and use service management tools to update tickets, capture accurate notes, track next steps, and support service workflow visibility. Support client communication by helping gather information, confirm details, and provide professional follow-up under supervision.
