Position Summary and Purpose The MD/MBA Strategy Intern will participate in a rotational internship designed to provide exposure to key functions across the health system, including Strategy, Data & Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Transformation, and Physician Enterprise. The Intern will work directly with executive and operational leaders on high-impact initiatives that support organizational growth, operational excellence, physician alignment, and financial performance. This role is designed for a physician-leader in training who seeks to develop practical business and healthcare management experience. The Intern will contribute to projects focused on generating measurable organizational value through complete, accurate, timely, reliable, and reproducible reporting, rigorous data analysis, business case development, financial modeling, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
