Business/Insurance Intern - Summer 2027 Hours: 8:30-5:00 Local Time Compensation: $20/hour Location: Canonsburg, PA About USG USG is a national wholesale insurance broker and managing general agent (MGA), operating in all 50 states with access to over 400 markets. Work alongside production teams to gain hands-on experience in real-time business activities The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our underwriting and operations team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the insurance industry, including support, policy processing, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing submissions, reviewing documents, and supporting the underwriting process Actively participate in day-to-day operations, including data entry, file management, and system updates Learn how to review policies, claims, and risk information while contributing to team workflows Collaborate with team members on projects and gain exposure to agency communications Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and discussions to build industry knowledge

Qualifications
