Key Responsibilities

• Drive lean methodology
• Data collection and analysis focus on standards and repeatability of current
• Video analysis of current process to analyze 3Ms (Muri, Mura and Muda)
• Assist line balancing projects
• Work with other departments to implement product and process changes.
• Support training session of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Participate in project planning, implementation and improvements
• Works FI (Focus Improvement) Owner to promote the Culture of Continuous Improvement
• Support 5S activities
• Assist kaizens on the organization (assembly lines, logistic areas and quality area)
• Assist in Kaizen weeks
• Assist in follow-up, reports and flow charts.
• Participate in functional meetings.
• Good attitude & continuous improvement mindset are critical to performing daily activities in this Lean Manufacture
