Vylor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join the Global System Effectiveness team within Global Seed Operations (GSO). This internship is designed as a six-month experience and provides hands-on exposure to digital-transformation initiatives, project coordination, and process-improvement efforts across a global organization. Candidates who are able to commit to the full six-month internship will be given preference; however, candidates available for a three-month internship may also be considered. Working alongside product leaders, project managers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to projects supporting the GSO digital strategy and system-transformation roadmap. You will build foundational project-management capabilities while helping teams organize work, track commitments, communicate progress, and improve execution.

What You Will Do

Project coordination: Support product and project leaders with planning, coordinating, and tracking digital-transformation initiatives. Project controls: Maintain project plans, timelines, action-item logs, risk and issue records, status reports, and other working documents. Documentation and governance: Organize project documentation and help ensure key decisions, deliverables, owners, and due dates are clearly documented and communicated. Meeting support: Participate in project meetings and capture decisions, risks, dependencies, action items, owners, and next steps.
