IT Systems Administrator Co-op (Spring 2027)

Wave Life Sciences is looking for a Systems Administrator Co-op for our Spring 2027 Co-op Program. In this role, you will interact with senior leaders, learn directly from business partners, and leverage our unique business practices while taking on various assignments.

A good System Administrator must have excellent communication skills since they work directly with employees across an organization to understand their needs and ensure all employees can work as efficiently as possible. They also need a strong technical understanding of information systems to address issues that arise across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Typical responsibilities include providing services to the day-to-day

operating objectives of the assigned area, participating in Wave IT projects and programs, and supporting the Head of IT Operations.

• Gain knowledge of the IT Department technologies and procedures.
• Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from senior IT Team members
