The Xcel Energy Inclusion and Corporate Impact team plays a critical role in advancing business strategy through corporate social responsibility (CSR), fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging, and driving measurable community impact. By aligning social investments with enterprise priorities, the team delivers long-term value for employees, customers, and the communities we serve. Central to this work is the stewardship of the Xcel Energy Foundation, which serves as a strategic platform for corporate philanthropy, community investment, and stakeholder engagement. Through the Foundation, the team strengthens workforce pipelines, expands nonprofit and community partnerships, and increases employee engagement—positioning Xcel Energy as a purpose-driven organization committed to sustainable, equitable outcomes. The team leads and evaluates a comprehensive portfolio that includes Business Resource Group (BRG) engagement, workforce development initiatives, employee giving, volunteerism, and community partnerships. Success is measured through defined metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as employee participation rates, grantmaking impact, nonprofit partnership outcomes, and community reach.
