The Gas & Electric Design Contracting team is seeking a motivated intern to support data analysis, reporting, process improvement initiatives, and operational activities across our design organization. This internship provides an opportunity to work with leaders and subject matter experts responsible for gas and electric design, contracting, governance, compliance, and business process improvement. The intern will assist with analyzing business performance metrics, identifying trends within operational data, developing dashboards and reports, documenting processes, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The role will provide exposure to utility operations, project management, engineering design processes, contractor management, and business analytics while offering hands-on experience with real-world projects that directly support business goals. The position will be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple design offices and operational teams throughout the service territory.
