What will you do

Support information protection initiatives and projects Assist in maintaining governance documentation and internal standards Help update information protection templates, guidelines and procedures Support Information Protection Assessments, Monitoring and documentation Assist in maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPa) and AI Register Help track remediation actions resulting from audits and assessments Support evidence collection for internal and external audits Assist in preparing reports and KPI dashboards Support the development of awareness materials and communication campaigns Assist in organizing awareness events and training activities Create presentations, newsletters and communication materials Maintain internal SharePoint and knowledge repositories Support document management and version control Conduct research on regulatory and compliance topics Assist with meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions Support coordination with regional stakeholders across EMEA
