Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Columbus, Ga for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership. Summer coporate housing is provided for nonlocal candidates.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Performs assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience in preparation for full time professional opportunities within the Information Technology division
• Provides assistance and works on specific projects in the following areas: computer operations, programming, software development/applications, analysis, and hardware; may assist with ad hoc projects related to the industry, and/or business unit processes
• Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports for management; assist team in identifying process improvements
• Continuously develops technical, analytical, project management, leadership, presentation, and other business skills by involvement in strategic projects and work assignments
