About us

The team is made up of advanced drilling unit Setters and highly experienced Tool Maintainers who work alongside several Engineering functions. Operating across 6 locations at the Broughton site with diverse enablement requirements with complex maintenance expectations. Asset care plans are the backbone of what we do to improve drilling machine performance. This data and analysis is completed through the current CMMS which is TCMI. With the introduction of SMART tooling with variable speed motors and gear boxes, programming and logic is at the forefront of our focus and we are on a journey to better utilise the technology available to us.
