Financial Planning & Acquisitions Intern

Job Duties and Responsibilities Support monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identification of key business drivers Contribute to the 2028 enterprise planning and budgeting cycle, partnering with FP&A and business leaders to develop the annual plan Gain hands-on corporate development experience by supporting financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, valuation, and financial impact analysis for potential transactions Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decisions Partner with the FP&A team on reporting and process improvements, including opportunities to improve efficiency and financial insights Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for Finance and business leadership Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA) Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding key business drivers Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; experience with other Microsoft Office applications Interest in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
