ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. We are seeking an Environmental Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 who is passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 1, 2027.

This internship will be based in Middleton, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Environmental Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our cement plant operates in an environmentally responsible manner. You will play a key role in evaluating and improving our environmental practices, while also engaging with employees in the field to refine and implement environmental procedures.

Environmental Program Enhancement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of environmental initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and perspectives. Field Engagement: Conduct daily interactions with plant employees and contractors, providing guidance
