ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. We are seeking an Internal Audit Intern who is passionate about business and finance, driven by curiosity, and keen to grow, learn, develop, and thrive in our high-performance culture. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 1, 2027 based in Chicago, IL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Internal Audit Intern, you will work closely with our corporate internal audit team, gaining hands-on exposure to internal audit, controls, operational assessments, financial risk evaluations, and governance frameworks:

Attend SOX Walkthroughs: Participate in walkthroughs with control owners and assist in the evaluation of the design of controls. Risk Identification: Support the team in identifying operational inefficiencies, internal control deficiencies, and financial compliance risks. Process Documentation: Help review, update, and document business processes, workflows, and control procedures across various operating units.
