About the Role
As a Maintenance Non-Technical Intern, you will support the Maintenance team with day-to-day activities that help keep the plant, production areas, and equipment clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while learning about plant maintenance, equipment care, preventive maintenance, and production support. This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to manufacturing maintenance while allowing you to learn from experienced Maintenance professionals. You will gain an understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment care, production support, workplace safety, and the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility.
What You Will Do
Assist the Maintenance team with routine, non-technical maintenance and facility support activities. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed and within the scope of your training.
