About the Role

As a Quality Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting quality initiatives and plant operations in a manufacturing environment. You will work alongside Quality and cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, identify potential root causes, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts. This role provides an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges while developing skills in problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and project management. You will help monitor quality concerns across shifts, follow up on open issues, communicate findings and status updates, and support plant-specific quality projects and assignments.

What You Will Do

Support the Quality team with daily quality activities, plant objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist cross-functional teams in investigating quality issues identified during production shifts.
