JOB DESCRIPTION
Audubon is currently seeking a Civil/Structural Drafting Intern to join our team in our Tulsa, OK Office. The Civil/Structural Drafting Intern will perform drafting assignments designed to develop drafting knowledge and experience associated with designing civil/structural equipment, components, structures or systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce drawings from redlines received from designers and engineers.
- Clarify instructions with designers and engineers when drawing markups or
verbal instructions are unclear.
- Perform field data gathering when requested by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain a continued awareness of task schedule and budget.
- Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental
(HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.
- Actively participate in company and client hazard identification and
observation programs, and immediately report any unsafe acts, conditions or incidents to your supervisor.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of 1 Year of Course Work Toward an Associate’s Degree from a
Technical Institution preferred
- AutoCAD software experience required
- CADWorx software experience preferred
