VOTRE ROLE ET VOS MISSIONS

The Risk Manager (RM) ensures that all aspects of risk management within AXA LM are assessed, and appropriate measures taken. The RM assesses and identifies the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of AXA LM and its managed companies/portfolios. Major risks related to AXA LM port.

The RM's position is inspired by the mantra "prevention is better than cure." RM activities focus on avoiding threats and mitigating the effects of those risks which are essentially unavoidable. The position ensures that corporate bodies, management and employees are aware of risks in connection with or arising out of their activities and advice management on measures to be taken to avoid and mitigate risks to AXA LM managed companies/portfolios.

Main Tasks

Conduct details risk assessments on AXA LM business of managed companies/portfolios in order to identify risks and to minimize/eliminate the source of the risks, Estimation of SCR Reserves, Market, Counterparty Prepare and provide reports on such risk assessments (Reserves, Market, Counterparty, Operational Risks) per quarter and on a projection view for regulatory reports such as ORSA, RSR; Analyze documents, statistics, reports, market trends and risk management requirements under applicable laws and regulations; Evaluate the effects of any proposed risks against existing processes and activities; Produce analysis and status reports for AXA LM managed companies/portfolios detailing the level of risk associated with various departments and functions within AXA LM; Sound communication with colleagues, team members and management to adequately address risk management topics and raise awareness.

VOTRE PROFIL

Master’s degree in risk management or actuarial; Knowledge of insurance regulations; Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and analytical skills; Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to organize and prioritize risk management
