Internship – Digital Marketing & Technology (Year-Round)

About the Role

The Digital Marketing & Technology team plans, builds and analyzes digital programs across our key channels, including website, social media, email marketing, digital advertising and intranet, to effectively communicate Baird’s message both internally and externally. This is a hybrid internship, working four days per week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office and one day remote. The intern must be able to work full time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week, and work part time during the school semesters, 15-20 hours per week. We are seeking a local student who can start in May 2027.

The Impact You’ll Make

Work on a variety of digital marketing projects including web, email marketing and social media channels Gain exposure to and support all facets of digital marketing Gain experience with various enterprise-level marketing technology suites and learn in-demand marketing technology skills Use a content management system (CMS) to make timely updates to our corporate website Generate and analyze web and digital marketing analytics reports Support digital marketing channels by working within email marketing platforms and enterprise social media publishing tools Assist with page creation and content management for Baird’s intranet

What You’ll Bring to Baird
