SUMMARY

The DT Application Developer Intern will enhance business capability through development of information systems while providing day-to-day system support. This role will work with other team members (DT, Project Managers, and Business Representatives) to effectively assist in building new applications and solutions. The role is also responsible for helping to verify that production applications are operating at optimal levels through quality application delivery, and quickly and accurately correcting production issues.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned: Assist in designing, running, and monitoring software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging. Assist in translating functional specs into technical specs. Assist with identifying and troubleshooting technical issues. Perform testing and implementation of projects with direction and assistance. Provide technical support, advise help desk on issue statuses and resolutions. Maintain incidents and problems within ServiceNow and communicate status of work and escalate issues to team members in a timely fashio
