Co-op or Intern, Valuations & Modelling - Toronto - Summer 2027

Your Opportunity Our Toronto office is looking for a Co-op Student or Intern to join the Valuations & Modelling team from May to August 2027. This is a net new role and responsibilities will include: Assist in the preparation of the financial models used for the valuation; Assist in the preparation of detailed valuation reports and presentations to management; Participate in discussions and meetings with management of the companies involved; Analyze company and industry-specific strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine the cash flow risks of the companies involved; Research third-party databases for market, industry or comparable public company and private transaction multiples and other information for valuation purposes Manage multiple engagements to ensure successful and timely completion of client deliverables; How do we define success for your role?
