Job Description

Arvato is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Waltham, MA for a three-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or senior undergraduate student to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources while supporting HR leaders and business initiatives. The HR Intern will work closely with members of the HR team and provide support across HR policies and documentation, HRIS processes, employee communications, and other projects. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, comfortable working with confidential information, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

YOUR TASKS

Support the development, review, and maintenance of employee handbooks, HR policies, and related documentation. Assist with HR policy and compliance projects, including researching information, organizing documentation, and tracking updates. Help develop and document workflows and processes within the HRIS. Support HR team members with data entry, reporting, and other HRIS-related activities. Assist with employee communications, presentations, and other HR communications projects.
