The Strategy & Innovation Intern will have the opportunity to apply internal and external data analytics in researching market opportunities for our business. Primary partners would be from the Product & Marketing department, and this role would also have exposure to stakeholders throughout the company. Integrity, dependability and relationship-building are essential to success in this role. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is a Partner of Choice for the Nebraska University System. Our Interns work a hybrid schedule and spend some days working on-site at our Omaha office located in Aksarben Village. Therefore, you will need to live within commuting distance from Wednesday, May 26 – Friday, July 30, 2027.

What you'll do

Explore new market opportunities for products, programs, and technologies. Assist with primary and secondary research supporting customer insights and market intelligence. Help build enabling tools to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data. Collaborate with stakeholders to advance business goals. Support ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned. To be considered for this position you must have: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Economics, Data Science or related field.
