By joining the Global Finance Systems and Support team, you will help improve the financial systems, business processes, reporting solutions and support services used across CAE’s global operations. You will contribute to practical initiatives selected according to business priorities, your technical aptitude and your learning objectives. You will gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Power BI and modern automation solutions. You will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals in enterprise software development, system integration, analytics and automation.

Contribute to the design and enhancement of AI-powered Copilot agents for business users and support teams. Help connect AI and search experiences to key knowledge sources, including SharePoint documentation, training materials, support procedures, Azure DevOps work items, solution repositories and knowledge base articles. Improve self-service capabilities by helping users find known solutions, troubleshooting guides, FAQs and previously resolved support issues. Support feedback analysis and knowledge management practices to improve AI responses over time.
