Summary of responsibilities

The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) requires a motivated and innovative student to join the Service Delivery Team in Calgary as a Student, Service Delivery. Reporting to the General Manager, Service Delivery, Prairies, the student will assist the team in the day-to-day administrative requirements.

The Student, Service Delivery will be required to

• Provide administrative services, including planning logistics support for management meetings, documenting records of decisions/minutes and following-up on pending issues.
• Conduct background research as well as consolidate data into reports.
• Organize and prepare a variety of documents, reports and presentations utilizing a personal computer and associated word processing software.
