Founded in 2013, ASG is an innovative team within the Payments division of CIBC Capital Markets, focused on developing technology-driven solutions across foreign exchange, payments, and money movement. We combine the entrepreneurial mindset and agility of a FinTech with the scale, expertise, and governance of a leading global financial institution. You will be part of a team focused on developing market-leading foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions that help clients move money globally, efficiently, and securely. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support product development, business strategy, and client engagement initiatives across a diverse client base, including financial institutions, corporations, public sector organizations, and CIBC's retail banking network. You will be placed in either the Sales & Distribution team or the Product team, based on business needs and your skills and interests. In Sales, you will focus on new client acquisition, market analysis, and business growth. In Product, you will focus on product development, performance analysis, project execution, and improving ASG’s product capabilities. Throughout your term, you will work closely with stakeholders across Capital Markets, Payments, Technology, and Operations, while contributing to meaningful projects that support ASG's strategic growth objectives.
