Internship Overview

10-Week Summer Internship Experience

• Two days of onboarding and training centered around programming overviews and

setting you up for success.

• Opportunity to spend your summer in areas across the Consumer Bank and other

enterprise functions such as

• Consumer Bank: Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Consumer Strategy,

Checking & Deposits, Customer Experience Delivery, Branch Distribution Transformation, and Transformation Office.

• Enterprise Functions and Strategy: Enterprise Marketing, Risk,

Sustainability, Enterprise Customer Experience, Corporate Communications, Innovation, and Corporate Strategy

• Extensive programming around professional development, executive speaker

series, and relevant business initiatives

Mentor Program and Support

• Paired with a CBEX alumni as a mentor for guidance throughout the summer.

Life After Internship

• Given advanced consideration for the Consumer Bank Enterprise Experience

(CBEX) Leadership Development Program, a full-time, one-year program consisting of four, 3-month rotations across participating business lines.
