The Role

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Sales Strategy & Commercial Excellence Co-op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. The Sales Strategy & Commercial Excellence Co-op will support initiatives designed to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and profitable growth. The co-op will work with sales leaders, finance, business units, and commercial strategy teams to develop customer insights, evaluate growth opportunities, and support account-level commercial strategies.

What You’ll Do

Support development of account-level commercial strategies. Analyze customer growth, profitability, and market share trends. Assist with Long-Term Agreement (LTA) and rebate program evaluations. Conduct market and competitive research. Develop customer and sales performance dashboards. Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and strategic account reviews. Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities. Support commercial transformation initiatives.
