Commercial Operations Intern [Winter 2027]

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Commercial team during Winter 2027. In summary, you will be a true extension of the team: you'll own real tasks from day one, track how our commercial use cases are progressing against their KPIs, and be our feet on the ground at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team. Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership. Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team. Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure. Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team's needs shift.

Requirements

Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field; must be graduating within one year.Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort working with data in spreadsheets.Willing to travel to customer sites and work hands-on in industrial environments such as warehouses and logistics facilities.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing role.Interest in robotics or AI, or experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools (SQL, Python, Looker, or similar).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $40 - $45/hr. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
